Almost everyone of us wakes up in the morning and heads off to school or work. Some might stay at home, only venturing out for shopping, but that’s beside the point. Each day we encounter the same familiar scenery—trees, grass—day in and day out. Sometimes it becomes so monotonous that it can even be a bit frustrating. We have a solution! All you need to do is grab your phone, open Minecraft Pocket Edition, create a build (or select an existing one), and then point your camera at any location to see the build appear there.
If you’ve already done this—congratulations! You’ve unlocked the amazing power of augmented reality. You’ve managed to bring the universe of Minecraft into our world, making it an integral part of everything around you! Oops, I forgot to explain how to do it!
In summary, this is the new mobile game Minecraft Earth!
To celebrate the game’s tenth anniversary, a lot of exciting content has been released, but that’s just the beginning. We’ve kept this under wraps for so long, and now we can finally share everything with you (I was almost about to spill the beans to someone!). Never before have we managed to bring a game to life with such precision, and now we have! Here are some features of the new game:
- Unlocking Mobs. In this game, similar to the main one, there are numerous mobs that you are likely familiar with and may even adore. However, the key difference is that not all of them will be available to you right from the start. As you spend more time playing, new mobs will gradually become accessible for you to transport into the real world. Are pigs wandering around your home and chickens running about? Don’t worry; everything is fine—it’s just that you’ve installed a new game!
- Explore your neighborhood by walking around; this time it will feel entirely fresh, as if you haven’t lived there for a long while. Gather resources, discover rare materials, and unveil a whole new world in your local area!
- Join forces with other players, collaborate to create stunning builds, and bring them into the real world. More friends mean more ideas and even greater constructions!
- And of course, we can’t forget about our favorite aspect—survival. Your backyard may host not only cute and friendly mobs but also nasty and dangerous ones. Your mission is to defeat them and stay alive!
