After the release of an article about Minecraft Earth, a game that brings the virtual world into reality through augmented reality technology, we received a flood of questions. Some players are still debating how it functions. Is it possible to interact with your builds in the real world? Will there be new blocks, including the essential dirt block? And what should I do if my giant dog comes barreling towards my lovely little house in Minecraft Bedrock? To see how the game plays out, check out this video.
I hope that after watching the video, you found answers to some of your questions. On stage, you saw two members from the Minecraft team, named Saxs Persson and Lydia Winters. They demonstrated how the game operates. First, you need to construct a building or select a pre-made one, then direct it somewhere, and you’ll see a full-scale 3D model of your structure appear on your phone. If you’re using an iOS operating system, you’re in for an even bigger treat because you can build right in the real world!
As shown in the video, Lydia utilized the magical technology called “People Occlusion” to appear in the assembly and was able to drop a virtual bird by pulling a lever. You can do exactly the same thing. Project your builds and start constructing without entering the game! Additionally, while you play, others can watch what you’re doing in the game, so be careful.
