New Game: Minecraft Dungeon

There aren’t many things in the world that can match the awesomeness of the game Minecraft, especially with its collaboration with Dungeons back in September 2018. However, this time it faces a formidable rival!

We present to you a 90-second trailer for another thrilling, captivating, and truly unique game: Minecraft Bedrock and Dungeons! Everything that came before was merely a warm-up! Get ready for new, enhanced mobs, an abundance of powerful weapons and arenas, epic battles, and incredibly agile characters! And to top it all off, you’ll face off against the merciless boss Redstone Monstrosity! We hope your introduction will be in a calm setting.

As is customary at the end of the trailer, the developers list the platforms on which the game will be available. This time, you can enjoy online gameplay with three other players on Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4.

I: I get what you’re saying. That location from the trailer really stood out to me.

I: Wow! Look at that—our favorite skeleton, zombie, and creeper!

Monz: Ah, the classic mobs. Following this location are the Creeper Woods, where the player’s adventures truly begin; it’s here that you first encounter your character in Minecraft Bedrock.I: I was about to say, “Hello Steve,” but upon closer inspection, I realized that’s not him. Who is this person?!

Monz: This is Valori, one of the four main characters. However, what you saw in the trailer isn’t his true appearance; it’s just a skin. Our team decided that every player should have the freedom to choose their character’s look independently. Meanwhile, skills and other attributes remain unchanged.

I: I appreciate your attitude!

Mons: As you can see, the first opponent our hero faces is a skeleton.

I: A skeleton, cool! Wait, what does it have in its hand? That’s…

Mons: Yes, that’s a fishing rod.Mons: You control your character using the mouse and keyboard or a gamepad. Before entering the forest, you can use ranged weapons to eliminate all zombies and Illagers. In Minecraft Dungeons, you always have the option to get up close and attack with melee weapons or step back and use a bow. Your character carries two types of weapons.

I: Oh, what is this? A hidden crypt!

Монс: Indeed, it’s sometimes beneficial to have a few weapons on hand. In our scenario, these are armor and a massive hammer. Honestly, out of the vast array of weaponry available, I would choose the hammer. Firstly, the sound it makes upon impact is quite satisfying, and secondly, enemies get sent flying in all directions. We simply had to equip the main character with it!I: And here we are at the player’s inventory. It seems like there’s plenty of intriguing items there!

Mons: You are correct. We can see the player’s level, remaining enchantment points, and emeralds. Emeralds serve as in-game currency for purchasing items from vendors. The inventory is where we keep all our weapons, armor, and other useful items, and it’s also possible to apply enchantments to our gear there.

This is what I call magic! We enchanted the hammer using the Thunderous Spell, and now lightning strikes during battles with enemy mobs. It looks like a lot of fun.

I: I remember where that was. That’s the Desert Temple.

Mons: Indeed, this is a highly perilous area. It’s best not to linger there. I hope the mini-map will assist brave players in Minecraft Pocket Edition in finding their way out. In our upcoming inventory review, we’ll introduce new levels and items. We will equip one of the discovered artifacts—a corrupted beacon!The beam from the beacon may not be unfamiliar to Minecraft players, but in this instance, it possesses slightly different abilities. You’ll notice that there are many intriguing elements present, but let’s keep some surprises for you. We won’t reveal everything just yet.

I: I am truly fascinated!Mons: Oh no, the character has been knocked down. Fortunately, in multiplayer mode, you play alongside other players who can save both the world and you by approaching and pressing the resurrection button. You can only die if all your teammates are defeated, so don’t hesitate—immediately assist your fallen ally. Here, every player must unite as one and work together to overcome all challenges!

I: Wow, that key looks familiar. I think it was in that very MINECON trailer!Mons: Yes, that’s the Key Golem. This charming little character has already captured the hearts of many team members and Minecraft players since its brief appearance in the MINECON trailer. The key possesses the ability to pass through any locked doors while making some peculiar sounds. If a player tries to catch it, they will find it quite challenging as the key always manages to escape.

I: We’ll come back to him later. For now, we’re using a new shield, but what else is happening here?

Mons: We summon a wolf companion and an Iron Golem. These are pets, or rather allies, that players can take along to assist in battles.I: Awesome jump!
