On the eve of the release of Minecraft PE 0.15.0, we are receiving more updates about its upcoming features.
This time, one of the developers, specifically Jason Major, shared a screenshot of a new mob on his Twitter page — the Sand Mob, which has recently appeared in Minecraft 1.10. If you have read previous articles, you might have seen this zombie.
The new zombie will inflict the hunger effect when it attacks you! It seems that this type of zombie will spawn in desert biomes.

As shown in the screenshot, sand zombies are not affected by direct sunlight, allowing them to roam freely during the day.

- Pistons and sticky pistons with new animations

- Horses, ghost skeletons, withers, sand zombies, and possibly polar bears
- Trading and dialogues with villagers
