Exploration of outer space is advancing at a much faster pace compared to the study of our oceans. If you’re wondering why this is the case, you might find some answers here. Meet the anglerfish! Which would you prefer: a journey into space or an encounter with this creature? It seems scientists have opted for the former.
“The assembly was crafted using Worldedit and Voxelsniper. The former was utilized for the fabric components, while the latter was employed for the pointed features.” There are tools available for Minecraft that can only create straight shapes, which in this case would have been the least favorable option.
I must admit, despite the sheer terror, I feel a sense of awe when gazing at this creature’s jaws. I try not to focus on the teeth, but it’s impossible. Have you noticed the webbed fins? Or the row of lights running along the fish’s back?
“During the detailing phase, I added side fins, gills, and other small features like eyelashes and something resembling a hand. In the end, I made final adjustments and polished everything,” shares Drogo. “The little fish was created in exactly the same way.” Poor fish had to endure the long journey of creation, from outlines to polishing, only to be pierced by the fangs of a deep-sea monster.

“I am truly pleased with the outcome of my work,” says Drogo. After completing this assembly, he decided to focus on bust sculptures from Minecraft Bedrock. Currently, his collection features a roaring lion and a proud dragon depicted in bust form. There’s an amusing aspect here: since fish lack a clear distinction between their body and head, the entire body became its bust. However, Drogo has no intention of stopping at this achievement and aims to continue creating similar assemblies.
