Best Skins of the Month: July

Style! This is the third item on my list of favorite things! At the top, of course, is Minecraft, followed by articles about Minecraft, and then comes style. I might not be the most fashionable guy in our team; there’s still a lot for me to learn before I can catch up with the coolest outfits chosen by the female members of our group and the guy who is crazy about denim. Seriously, I never imagined someone could wear so many similar clothes at once. And there’s another guy who managed to create himself a little cloak styled like a Creeper. Nevertheless, when I’m alone, I can’t help but feel a wave of joy for my wonderful outfit!

In fact, there are several amazing creations that I truly admire. These are six skins crafted by six talented members of the Minecraft Bedrock community! Their artistic skills are so impressive that they deserve far more than my mundane descriptions. However, to share their masterpieces with others, I must gather all my writing abilities and strive to come up with the most precise descriptions for these gaming world treasures!

Flowery Tired Girl

 As someone who was a bit late to work this week due to oversleeping—by which I mean three hours—I truly resonated with this skin and the vibe of a sleep-deprived girl. In fact, I relate to this character even more because throughout this week, I found myself encountering flower shops after waking up, likely for some significant reasons that, unfortunately, I can’t recall.

When I feel exhausted, I turn into an unbearable and unpleasant person, unable to experience love or compassion for those around me. To suppress the negativity within, I consume at least a liter of coffee. I realize my body won’t thank me for such a high caffeine intake, but it’s the only way I can somewhat lift my spirits. Of course, I’ll also be seeking solace in the work of Flowery Tired Girl, created by catoad, as they truly understand my feelings, making things a bit easier for me.

Indeed, the Cosmic Bear has truly inspired our team to reach new heights. It’s so magnificent that we all came together to hire an orchestra and compose a song titled “Space Bear Theme Song ™”!

Grass Skin for Hide and Seek

Author MasterIdiotYT Have you ever played hide and seek with someone who was truly terrible at it? Every time I play this game with my sister, she simply hides behind the curtain and bursts into laughter over her brilliant strategy. But she’s still quite young, so I don’t hold anything against her. However, I feel a shiver of annoyance when someone tries to tell me that hide and seek is just a children’s game and doesn’t require any special skills to participate.

The Grass Skin for Hide and Seek, created by MasterIdiotYT, embodies the essence of the hide-and-seek gameplay style that I truly admire. Hiding behind objects? That’s for amateurs. It’s far more impressive to transform into something like grass! This could spark an interesting philosophical discussion, but I’m too preoccupied trying to blend in with the grass outside the office to tackle my daily responsibilities.

Millennial Pink Skin

Written by LadyBear There’s one aspect of Minecraft Bedrock that most players would likely agree on—there’s a significant lack of pink! Why didn’t they give Steve a look as if he had been dipped in cotton candy? And the pigs… wait, hold on, I shouldn’t touch those magnificent creatures because they are the only ones who somewhat fulfill my desire to introduce more pink into the game. Great job, my rosy friends!

Regardless, the battle of my life to persuade developers to incorporate more pink into Minecraft has now come a bit closer to victory, thanks to LadyBear graciously providing us with an amazing, entirely pink skin! It features everything I’ve been advocating for: a pink t-shirt, pink shoes, and while I’m not entirely thrilled about it, blue shorts were apparently necessary for this girl’s cohesive look. Just take a look at her hair! It’s also pink! My face is practically glowing with joy; saying I’m beaming would be an understatement! Now everyone knows what my favorite color is. If you don’t have anything pink in your wardrobe, my friend, I will be terribly disappointed!

End Sentinel

Created by jod090 Many players, like myself, find the End in Minecraft quite intimidating. True pioneers gaze upon the End and say, “It’s not that scary.” I can only assume these words inspired jod090 when designing their new skin. It doesn’t just look frightening; it makes my heart race and sends chills down my spine. The eyes, nose, mouth, and other facial features are well done, but who would have thought the creator would replace them with a purple portal? And do you know what they named the area where normal people have their senses of hearing, smell, and touch? They called it a face! Oh dear, I can’t even bring myself to say that. Well, at least this creature won’t need to spend money on moisturizer. Now I won’t need Flowery Tired Girl; I’ll just stare at this skin and stay awake for weeks. Great job, jod090!
