Why is cold weather considered the best? Perhaps it’s because you can slip on ice and lose your dignity forever. Wait, did I say the best? That’s actually the worst part! But what truly shines are those big, cozy garments. We wrap a scarf around our necks, head out to buy and wear that hideous Christmas sweater that would shock even Lady Gaga. Well, she won’t be back until spring; not even she could handle such an outfit (though in reality, she probably does. Don’t believe me? Ask her yourself!)

I’m not the only one bundling up in all things soft and warm during winter. Most Minecraft players create unique and imaginative skins for their blocky characters as part of the PlanetMinecraft Winter Wonderland contest!

Your creations are truly stunning. They make my heart race and keep it from turning into an icicle this winter. I’m lucky, though, since other limbs have already frozen and can’t move. I’m typing this with my tongue, as they say, you have to improvise sometimes. Oh, that dreadful image just popped into my mind. A wonderful, soft red-and-green scarf. It reminds me of how cold I’ve been, especially my neck, but that’s beside the point. The scarf is charming, but isn’t that really not what caught your eye? It’s the colorful garland wrapped around the arm that adds uniqueness and expressiveness to this skin. It looks amazing, but only in Minecraft, because in real life, I strongly advise against trying this—it could be dangerous unless you’re a Christmas tree (if we guessed right and you actually are a tree, please stop messaging me about removing axes from the game. Sorry to disappoint—you’ll never see that happen!)

Penguin Pajama

The only thing I wanted for New Year was a lovely pajama set because I’m tired of sleeping under a cardboard box (not recommended), just saying. Check out this new Minecraft skin featuring a penguin pajama! It’s the coolest idea ever, especially since penguins are the best and cutest birds (don’t dare disagree—that’s a fact). The beautiful pastel purple of the pajamas doesn’t overshadow our feathered yellow-beaked friend. Fantastic! By the way, I still didn’t get any pajamas, but at least I received a new sleep box made of sturdier cardboard, by the way! Better than nothing!

What? Another penguin skin on this list? Surprising? Listen, if I were making it myself, there would only be penguins here. Oh, I’d make many changes! First, I’d rename the site to “penguin.net,” then replace all regular blocks in Minecraft Pocket Edition with penguins. And then…wait, I shouldn’t reveal my plans for 2019. Promise you didn’t hear or see anything!

Now take another look at this amazing penguin. I think he’s ready for the harshest frosts, thanks to his elegant and stylish scarf choice, which beautifully contrasts with his black-and-white coat. Hmm, something tells me we all have a lot to learn about fashion from this penguin! Definitely worth noting!

Fish-Rainbow Christmas Girl

For all 26 years of my life, I’ve been content with my dirty brown hair color. But then I saw a girl with kaleidoscopic, festive, rainbow hair and was left in awe. However, while the first skin on our list had relatively few garlands on it, this time it’s much more serious, plus the lights are brighter and more powerful. Look at her brown shirt. I bet she chose it because, 1) she’s crazy about my gorgeous chestnut locks (oh, if so, I appreciate it), and 2) if her outfit were any other color, we’d surely be blinded by its brightness. Oh gods, look at her eyes—they’re even purple! Sad yet magnificent! I confidently declare this skin delightful!

I don’t know much about building snowmen, but this skin makes me wonder if people understand anything about it. Until I got to this work, I hadn’t even thought to ask that question. Just imagine, you’re a creature made of snow, so you’re not afraid of the cold since you’re icy yourself. What do you put on first? A scarf, of course! You’re snowy, and you need to stay warm! Apparently, that’s what everyone thinks when wrapping snowmen in warm clothing. How many innocent and unfortunate snowy beings have perished due to the foolishness of such people!

It’s settled—our site will now focus on nudity and snowmen. I’ll destroy all my snowman costumes as soon as I finish writing this article! Take another look at this magnificent skin! Its carrot nose captivates me, and that charming coal smile! And that scarf wrapped around his…oops, I said too much; you imagined it!
