Bug Fixes in 1.15

  • The dragon had flickering textures.
  • Berry bushes slowed down players.

  • When mobs slid over honey blocks, tooltip messages indicated that they left trails.
  • The command /fill created block entities not for all blocks of that type, but only for one.
  • For invisible entities, transparent body parts appeared black when viewed by the player in spectator mode.
  • The /playsound command was sending incorrect messages to users.
  • Activated TNT would automatically shift one block to the west.
  • Items became extremely dark when placed on the ground.
  • Items located on boats, minecarts, or other entities appeared very dark when their hitbox intersected with solid blocks.
  • Block hitboxes are no longer rendered behind transparent blocks.
  • Transparent block elements are no longer visible behind other transparent blocks.
  • Bees instantly returned to their hives upon leaving them.
  • Objects were rendered too dark when situated on soul sand or snow blocks.
  • When the flight altitude changed, some objects appeared excessively dark.
  • The designs and patterns on shields were not updated to match the new texture packs.
  • Zombie pigman spawn eggs used for creating a new entity did not produce baby zombie pigmen.
  • Achievement items overlapped with text in the achievements menu.
  • When magma cubes or slimes touched the ground, their glow became dimmer.
  • In command block1, an initial command starting with a slash generated an error but continued to function.
  • The achievement “Bees are our guests” was triggered only when a player right-clicked on a hive while holding more than one bottle.
  • Blocks falling through an open and closed shulker caused lag.
  • Creatures that reside in water remain stationary when positioned below sea level.
  • When a block falls onto another (for instance, onto a sand block) without any blocks beneath it, the fallen block does not break apart.
