I’m not sure what your thoughts are on this matter, but personally, I find playing Minecraft much more enjoyable and engaging when my character is alive. No offense to the game developers, but I simply think that crafting and mining are far more entertaining than staring at a screen displaying “You died.” Regardless of how it goes, I keep dying, so I’ve decided to cheat death and become immortal!
The Totem of Immortality
As the name subtly suggests, this amazing item can save you from death. Yes, I chose to start with the simplest option. If you hold the totem of immortality in your hand, no one will be able to defeat you! You can swim in lava, hug creepers, stare into the eyes of an Enderman, and even wash down suspicious stew with poison potions without worry. The totem of immortality is fantastic, but it does have its downsides. The totem is a one-time use item, and once it’s used, it disappears, leaving you mortal again. All that’s left for me is to escape from the lava bath, and everything will be just fine.
Unfortunately, acquiring the immortality totem is slightly easier than playing Minecraft Earth on Mars (which is currently unsupported). To achieve immortality, you need to defeat the Evoker residing in a woodland mansion. Thus, to gain immortality, all you have to do is venture into a deadly location to battle a perilous mob that can summon even more dangerous creatures. Immortality above all!
Personal Bodyguard
Iron golems typically protect villagers, but you don’t have to blend in with the crowd to benefit from their protection. Simply craft your own personal bodyguard, and it will serve you loyally. Arrange four iron blocks in this configuration and place a pumpkin on top. Once you hear the clanking of your iron golem, you might be filled with dread. However, there’s no escaping your creation, which you foolishly endowed with intelligence. The horror of your own scientific abilities and disregard for the laws of nature will haunt you! The cursed existence you’ve brought into this world… Wait, isn’t that text from Frankenstein?
In this case, let’s give a cheer to our beloved Iron Golem!
Bucket of Water
This is the most peculiar and challenging method to survive. If you fall from a great height, throw a bucket of water beneath you and aim to land in it. A hardcore challenge for the most accurate players!
Snow Golem
The snow golem will engage all hostile mobs that dare to approach you. However, there is one significant fiery drawback— the inferno creature known as the ifrit. Should you encounter it, your snow golem will perish, leaving you unprotected.
Time for a nap
A fantastic method of recovery not only in real life but also in Minecraft Bedrock. Simply lay your character down to rest, and they will be fully healed, transforming a troublesome night into a delightful day. Moreover, if you neglect to sleep regularly, the opposite effect will occur…
Phantoms
If you’ve overlooked the previous point, you’ll have to contend with another issue—phantoms. The terror that soars on wings of night will pursue you until you catch some sleep. However, this advice might not be very helpful for you, so here’s another tip—get a cat! Yes, just find yourself a feline companion. Why are phantoms afraid of cats? Are they frightened by their cuteness? Do they dislike meowing? Or perhaps they’re tired of fur on their bodies? Regardless, keep your kitty protector close, and phantoms won’t come near you!
I’m not one to boast, but I managed to save my character’s life five times (I didn’t end up in the bucket of water). How many times have you successfully evaded impending death? Hmm, perhaps you have your own secret tips for achieving immortality?
