This guide is designed for players eager to learn everything about mobs. Here, I will provide information on the cow in Minecraft: Pocket Edition.
Cows are classified as friendly mobs (they do not attack players, even if provoked).
The cow is a mob that requires good lighting and grass blocks to spawn. In the screenshot above, you can see what a cow looks like in the game. Cows often appear in groups of 4-12 individuals. They wander slowly and aimlessly across the land but will quickly flee from a player who tries to hit them.
What about breeding? You can breed cows using wheat. Calves cannot be harvested for meat or experience, but they can be milked. It takes 20 minutes (in-game time) for a calf to grow up, and this process can be sped up with wheat. A pair of cows can breed again after 5 minutes. Mushroom cows and regular cows do not interbreed.
A calf from a regular cow can follow an adult mushroom cow if there are no adult regular cows nearby, while a mushroom calf can follow a regular cow if there are no mushroom cows around.
How can you utilize cows? You can endlessly collect milk from one cow using a bucket. Cows are also a source of leather and beef, which can be cooked.
That’s all about cows!
