Ever since the introduction of the phantom into the game, I’ve hardly slept at all, as it flew around the world and kept me from closing my eyes. Clearly, my sleeplessness isn’t a concern for the company, so after two years, we’re kicking off another voting event!
There’s not much time left until Minecraft Live, so it’s the perfect moment to gather all your pets, line them up, and decide together which new mob you will vote for during the epic live stream! The voting will take place on the official account on Twitter on October 3rd at 12 PM Eastern Time. Be sure to set a reminder if you want your voice to be heard! This time, there are three options to choose from: the Shimmering Swimmer, the Ice Devil, and the Blooming Cow!
Iceologer
This merciless creature inhabits the snowy, icy, and rocky regions of Minecraft Dungeons. If it receives the highest number of votes in the upcoming poll, it will be relocated to new mountain peaks that tower above the Overworld. These mountains are so elevated that no vegetation can survive there; only sharp cliffs, ice blocks, and snow remain. The Iceologers will make these already challenging survival spots even tougher, as they have no intention of simply strolling along the mountain tops. Upon encountering you, they will unleash flying ice clouds towards you. Vote for the Iceologers if you’re eager to spend an unforgettable weekend battling for survival in the harsh conditions of snowy mountains amidst hordes of frenzied mobs!
Moobloom
This delightful four-legged flower has captured the hearts of many players in Minecraft Earth. Rumor has it that if these floral cows make their way into Minecraft, they will be able to interact with bees. How this will be implemented remains a mystery, as no one has shared any details with me; perhaps the team is planning a surprise, but it feels more like they don’t trust me. This is quite insulting, considering I’m well-known as an unparalleled expert in keeping secrets! Nevertheless, if you wish to see these wonderful vibrant creatures in your world, cast your vote for the floral cows!
