We have all been eagerly anticipating the final release of Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.14.0. In the recent beta versions, as you may have noticed, there were minor bug fixes implemented in the game, which we previously reported on. Mojang has been diligently working over the past week to address the last remaining bugs and prepare for the launch of the new version — Minecraft PE 0.14.0.

According to reports, the release of Minecraft PE 0.14.0 is expected to take place this week, specifically on Wednesday, February 17th; however, as usual, the launch could be delayed indefinitely. This could be influenced by the discovery of new bugs in MCPE 0.14.0, or prolonged review processes in the Google Play, App Store, and Windows Phone marketplaces.
It’s possible that the releases for WP, iOS, and Android will not occur simultaneously, which is likely given that these are three different app stores with varying review times. We hope that the release of MCPE 0.14.0 for Android will come first, ahead of Windows Phone and iOS.
