Naturally, I did what any responsible employee would do — I left the letter where it was and walked away… But then I returned and opened the letter!

Could it be that my eyes are deceiving me? Perhaps I’m just experiencing some sort of hallucination? After pinching myself around 74 times, I can confidently say that it’s quite painful. This is not a dream and certainly not an early April Fool’s joke. Minecraft is officially joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on the Nintendo Switch! In the upcoming Challenger pack, Alex and Steve will team up with other mobs like the Enderman and zombies to engage in blocky battles against Mario, Kirby, and many more beloved characters from gaming worlds you know and cherish.
The chief creative officer is perhaps one of the few who took this matter seriously and refrained from shouting and jumping for joy, offering a few words about this surreal and magical event:
