It’s because during these challenging times, I find myself diving into an overwhelming number of user creations in Minecraft. Each one certainly deserves attention, and overall, it’s quite rare to come across two identical works, which is exactly what I enjoy about my job. However, the challenge lies in the sheer volume; there are just so many! After navigating through feelings of despair, acceptance, and enjoyment, we’re excited to share with you our top picks for skins from September!
Sunset Knight
Every time I step outside on a clear day, my skin practically ignites under the direct sunlight. I would be thrilled if I could completely shield my body and never have to face the light again. In fact, I look much more appealing in the dark, unlike our skin here. Just take a look—the sun is actually part of it! The way the light reflects makes it seem as though the knight is infused with it. And do you know what my colleague recently said? When I approached him, he stared at me intently and remarked, “Your skin resembles that of a Victorian ghost.” He didn’t compare me to just any ghost, but specifically a Victorian one! It seems like it’s time for me to venture outdoors.
Evilpanda (Panda of Evil)
I hope our friends from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) aren’t reading articles about Minecraft Pocket Edition, or they might choke on their bamboo if they catch us referring to such an innocent and awkwardly cute creature as “evil.” Was there really a more fitting name for a panda sporting such a fabulous hoodie? This is one of those questions that people have yet to find an answer to, and it’s unlikely they ever will. Right now, the only thing I’m pondering is, “Does this skin deserve a spot in our top list?” That’s all I have for now.
The Temporal Sorcerer
I have never traveled through time, but I imagine there are certain items that will always remain in style. A living testament to my theory is the Time Wizard. He wears an elegant cloak that completely conceals his face and identity, a garment also seen on inhabitants of past centuries. Hmm, perhaps this fellow has something to hide? This desperate wizard might be trying to cover up a pimple on the tip of his nose, and being a sensible person with magical abilities, he chose to hide it under his hood. In any case, we may never uncover the true purpose of his cloak.
Splash of Colour
Would you like to dye your hair pink? Perhaps blue? You won’t grasp the essence of unique styles until you’ve seen this skin. The girl’s hair alone features four colors with various shades. And if we also consider the meticulously coordinated skin tones, nothing can hold me back. As someone who is quite shy and lacks the courage to change my look, I am truly impressed by this color palette! Now, at least in Minecraft, I can sport multicolored hair.
Snow Elf
Despite having a “pale Victorian complexion,” I could never quite fit into the goth community. Perhaps my skin was just too light for them… Regardless, the Snow Elf has certainly excelled in this area far beyond me. His chainmail would make even the Knight of Dusk envious! Undoubtedly, he has chosen an impressive outfit for a goth and even grown out his hair. However, what truly stands out is not the attire but the expression. A gaze filled with disappointment and longing. It reminded me of the last time my father looked at me that way when I told him I wanted to become a writer.
The Ender Hunter
As someone who struggles to play in creative mode in Minecraft Bedrock, and as a person who has never ventured into The End due to my cowardice, I declare that I have finally found the courage to overcome my fears! With the Ender Hunter skin, I feel like an unparalleled warrior, a master of all martial arts, and a ninja impervious to even the most ruthless assassin!
