In a previous article about Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.15.0, we discussed some upcoming features expected in Minecraft. If you haven’t read it yet, you can find it HERE!
A few months ago, the developers at Mojang shared various screenshots of future updates on their Twitter account. However, it was unclear which version of the game these updates were associated with.
Now, everything has become clear with the release of the new Minecraft 1.10 Snapshot 16w20a. This version introduced several of the previously announced features for Minecraft.[banner_article]{banner_article}[/banner_article]
The first announced addition is a new skeleton archer dressed in some old attire. The texture of this skeleton appears quite unique! It’s possible that we might encounter this skeleton in Minecraft PE 0.15.0, although it’s unlikely.
The second announced feature is the addition of polar bears and their cubs. Previously, we mentioned that these bears would remain neutral until you get too close to their young ones. This has proven true—polar bears become aggressive only when you start interacting with their cub. If a mother bear notices this, run away without looking back, or you might not survive! Here’s a brief explanatory post about the new skeleton and bear; we hope to see these features in our PE edition soon!
We suggest you check out the video review of these and other innovations — it will be engaging!
