The Jukebox mod introduces a music player to the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition, similar to that found in the PC version of Minecraft. The mod includes a crafting recipe for the player, which is identical to the one in the PC edition, but the discs do not have a crafting recipe. You can obtain these discs by defeating hostile mobs in the game, with a small chance of dropping a disc. Additionally, all these items are available in creative mode inventory, and if you’re playing survival mode and want to quickly enjoy the musical tracks from the PC version of Minecraft, you can use the Toolbox!
Features:
- Twelve different discs featuring twelve unique songs (songs ported from Minecraft PC).
- Place a disc on the player to start playback.
- The further away you are from the player, the quieter the “background” music becomes.
- Support for multiple jukeboxes playing simultaneously.
- A small chance to find a disc after every 30 kills of hostile mobs.
- Press the player to eject the disc. When the song ends, the disc will be ejected automatically.
- You can access the player and discs in creative mode inventory.
- The crafting recipe for the player matches that of the PC version.
How to Use?
First, create a jukebox at the crafting table (id – 84), then place it wherever you prefer.
Now, using the Toolbox mod, you can acquire a disc for music playback since there is no crafting recipe for creating a disc; it can only be obtained by killing a creeper with a skeleton’s hands, which is possible only in the PC version of Minecraft. However, you can also obtain a disc by defeating mobs. The probability of getting a disc is approximately after 30 mob kills in survival mode.
Once you have a disc, place it in the jukebox by tapping the jukebox with the disc. After this, the jukebox will start, and you’ll hear a pleasant musical track in the style of Minecraft.
To change the music track, you need to eject the disc. To do this, tap the jukebox, and the disc will be automatically ejected.
