Building a house [Part 30][Minecraft PE Guides]

Greetings, visitor of PLANET-MCPE. In this series of guides, I will be gradually constructing a house while taking screenshots and detailing my actions. I believe this will be quite beneficial for beginners (and perhaps others too!). We will be building in Minecraft PE.

What did we cover in the previous part?

In this segment, I’ve decided to dig out and create a small pond next to the path we previously built.

We start by excavating a small random hole resembling a pond:

Next, we carefully fill it with water to avoid any flowing blocks:

Surrounding the area with sand blocks to simulate a beach:

For decoration, we plant some sugar cane in various corners:

I added a few glowstone pieces at the bottom, just three were enough for me:

A small protrusion into our pond:

A ladder made from smooth sandstone:

Lighting and a small chest for decoration; you can place something like a fishing rod inside:

I think that covers everything about the pond. I’m looking forward to your suggestions in the comments regarding what to do on the second floor and what you’d like to see in the backyard.
