The primary update in Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0 Build 4 is the introduction of a new skin pack called “PvP Warriors.” This skin pack features over twenty unique skins designed to blend in with various terrains.

• The block destruction delay has been reduced, resulting in smoother gameplay!
• All door textures have been updated!
• Ghasts and slimes can now spawn independently in the world.

Bug Fixes:

• The “New” button has been localized.
• Thread strength decreases when destroyed by something other than scissors.
• Skeletons now burn during the day again.
• Apples should no longer be poisonous.
• Fixed the movement of minecarts traveling on powered rails placed on transparent blocks.
• Corrected powered rails that improperly saved their ON/OFF state.
