This seed is designed for Minecraft 1.1.0 or later versions. The woodland mansion is extremely rare and can be found in oak forests. The house typically features 2-3 floors, containing numerous rooms and other spaces.

How to locate a woodland mansion in MCPE 1.1.0.9

Right after spawning, head towards the savanna. Once you reach the birch forest, continue through it until you arrive at the oak forest and river. DO NOT cross the river; instead, walk alongside it.
