Imagine a vast amusement park featuring 38 roller coasters, games to enjoy with friends, food stalls, and much more. Now think about the effort required to build such a place, and be grateful that builder Daan B has done it for you! His roller coaster paradise took 200 hours to create, but it’s now open for you in Minecraft PE.

“I’ve always loved creating rides,” Daan shared with me. “Previously, I built a small theme park with my brother, and I wanted to see if I could take it to the next level. So, I started working on a large amusement park.”

The park turned out to be so massive that it took two and a half years of hard work in Minecraft (with some help from his brother). His favorite area is the multiplayer game room, which was added relatively recently: “It features ‘Connect Four’ and a game called ‘The Floor is Lava,’ utilizing command blocks.”

Of course, most people visit theme parks for the thrill of fast, exhilarating rides. What’s Daan’s favorite? “The Skyscraper,” he says. “It’s about 180 blocks tall, and its design was inspired by real-life roller coasters.”

I hope you’re not afraid of heights at 180 blocks, as that’s quite a climb.

After all those games, you might get tired and undoubtedly hungry, so no park would be complete without plenty of food to keep you energized. The roller coaster paradise is no exception, and its snack bar in Minecraft PE is a delightful example of attention to detail in the map.

Each stall offers different types of food at their own prices. The picnic area is surrounded by vibrant flowers for you to admire while you eat.

The entire park has been meticulously crafted. While the towering rides are certainly eye-catching, there are many other beautiful details throughout this world of Minecraft Pocket Edition. My favorite spot is a small pond located beside one of the paths. The lighting, water shaders, and collection of bamboo, cacti, and flowers come together to create a peaceful space amidst the energetic fun of attractions and games.

This may not be as thrilling as screaming atop a skyscraper or dodging lava with friends, but this garden is incredibly beautiful—unless someone rides too many roller coasters and loses their lunch in it! 🙁

Now that his theme park is completed and open for business, Daan is diligently working on another major project—a whole city! “When finished, the city will feature a central business district, harbor, airport, suburbs, and much more,” he promises, mentioning plans to release an initial version soon. So stay tuned for updates!

In the meantime, all the excitement of the Roller Coaster Paradise should keep you entertained. Enjoy the thrilling rides and have fun playing games with friends in Minecraft PE—but don’t forget to stop and smell the lovely flowers along the way.
