The “Crafter IHOIDOIR” console unveils monstrous creations

Venom lakes, skeletal serpents, and towering demons the size of skyscrapers are just a glimpse of what awaits you on this map. After witnessing these sights, you’ll likely feel an urge to flee from the terrifying landscapes of Hoydor. The creations here were partially crafted by my hands, as I collaborated with another builder – Lord Godza. We successfully divided the world into two realms: a celestial paradise and a grim, rocky wasteland. These areas are separated by a massive chasm formed by a demon’s impact in Minecraft Pocket Edition!

You can explore the heavenly side of this realm, but it is overshadowed by a dark desert that only brave explorers dare to investigate. I am particularly fond of what has been created in the present time, such as the Shadow of the Colossus or perhaps the Dead Souls: where the world feels lonely and decays under the assault of gigantic beasts attacking humans. These creatures relentlessly pursue people. As you wander through the territory, you might stumble upon ribs and the spine of some serpent with a solid skeleton writhing amidst the rocks above an acid lake. In another area, you may witness the earth erupting while a worm terrifies all with its enormous maw.

The story also features a central element where a demon plays the lead role, striking the ground with its powerful fist, causing the earth to fracture into numerous large pieces. If you venture into this horrifying world, you will undoubtedly experience the interaction between the land and the demon, feeling the force of its blow and the movement of the ground.

“I drew inspiration from none other than Balrog,” he hails from The Lord of the Rings and the Predator film,” says IHOIDOIR regarding the design of the colossal creature. “The rest of the details came to life thanks to my imagination. I built this entity alongside Godza, dedicating ten months to its construction. Of course, we couldn’t work on it every day, but we still devoted a significant amount of time to building. We began constructing the creature whenever we had a spare moment.”

Initially, we managed to create the foundational part for the demon’s construction. We aimed to start from the right side before moving to the left. Maintaining proportions was essential, yet it proved to be much more challenging than anticipated. Ultimately, we added horns that transformed this giant being into a true hellish creature.

“At first, we didn’t plan for such an outcome,” states IHOIDOIR. “Initially, we intended to build a titan, but after lengthy discussions, we reached a conclusion. All our ideas flowed remarkably well. Both in our imaginations and in the constructions within Minecraft PE. Thanks to our creativity, we adapted our concepts into the build and detailed everything meticulously.”

It was quite difficult to achieve proportionality in the structure. The right side of the demon consistently posed challenges, as predicting how to construct the demon as if it were in motion was complex. We concluded, “Building a human isn’t as hard as creating this being.” The tale of constructing a human is a different narrative, which you will learn about later. This project marked our first endeavor concerning a demon. We put forth great effort and did everything possible.

Achieving proportionality concerning the developing demon, especially its right side, was notably challenging. IHOIDOIR became essential for us. “Constructing a human won’t be as complicated, but we’re not focusing on that story now,” “However, it’s crucial, even in another narrative, for the entity to appear lively. This was our initial experience in demon construction; we did everything we could, all that was within our capabilities in MCPE!”

The rocky terrain of the black desert also consumed considerable time, as all terraforming was done manually, leaving the interiors of mountains empty to save time. It was meticulous work—but perhaps that’s the essence of it.

“For me, Minecraft is a game of patience,” says IHOIDOIR. “It’s not a race—it’s a marathon. It’s also not about competition, but rather a space where we should simply create and share in Minecraft Pocket Edition.”

Interestingly, such a positive, delightful perspective can emerge from the dark and terrifying world crafted by IHOIDOIR. And he plans to make the atmosphere even more sinister! The idea is that the black desert serves as a precursor to an even more hellish region yet to be constructed, which is a troubling thought. Hopefully, we’ll have the courage to explore it when it is finally built in MCPE!
