“Forza Horizon 4”, “Ori and the Blind Forest”, “Sea of Thieves”. What do these fantastic games have in common? (I shudder at the mention of these titles, but that’s not what I’m referring to right now.) They are all available on Xbox Game Pass. We have some amazing news that everyone has been eagerly anticipating—it’s finally happening! Soon, Minecraft will also be joining the lineup!
For those who might not understand why we’re so excited, let me explain. If you subscribe to Xbox Game Pass, you can access over a hundred of the best games on the platform for just a small monthly fee. I think this is absolutely incredible, and I’m not saying it because my subscription could be canceled if I don’t. You can find out more about Xbox Game Pass and try your first month for only one dollar by clicking here.
If you’re already subscribed but haven’t played Minecraft Bedrock yet, welcome to our global community and fun crafting adventure! You’ll never be bored with us, as there’s always something new, like the Aquatic update released a couple of months ago or the highly anticipated and extensive Village and Pillage update for Minecraft. Remember the key rules: don’t dig straight down and steer clear of vines, and everything will go smoothly for you.
For those already part of the Minecraft community, rejoice! Soon you’ll be able to play with your friends who are also Xbox Game Pass members.
When will it be released?
The game will be available on Xbox Game Pass starting April 4th, so there’s less than a month to wait! This will be the Bedrock version of the game, allowing cross-play with Nintendo Switch, Windows 10, Gear VR, iOS, and Android.
I recommend marking this date on your calendar, writing it on a sticky note and placing it in a prominent spot, or even teaching your parrot, if you have one, to loudly announce the arrival of this important day, April 4th.
