However, this time I leaped with excitement because on May 25th, Minecraft Dungeons was released across all platforms: Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Game Pass!

Put down your iron pickaxe and grab some sturdy, powerful weapons, as you are about to embark on an adventure to hunt down the Arch-Illager and save Minecraft from this villain’s nefarious schemes! Minecraft Dungeons allows up to four players to team up in both online and offline modes! The blocky concept of the classic game remains intact, but instead of crafting and gathering resources, you’ll explore futuristic levels filled with treasures while battling countless hostile mobs. You don’t have to choose between being a mage or a fighter; there’s no class division in the dungeons. Your character type is determined by the items you acquire. As you progress through levels, feel free to discard old weapons for more powerful and useful ones that you find! Various items scattered throughout canyons, swamps, and mines will help you upgrade your character and defeat those pitiful monsters.
