What happens if you take a cow, infuriate it to the extreme, and then place a crossbowman on its back? In reality, not much good would come of it—just an unpredictable, furious animal. However, the developers of Minecraft see things differently. In their imaginative hands, even such incompatible elements have been transformed into a fully-fledged mob that we honestly aren’t too thrilled about. The cow with uncontrollable fits of rage has become quite a challenge for players. So, we present to you the Destroyer!
Silence envelops the area; all spiders, Creepers, zombies, and witches have vanished, leaving you alone. Fearlessly and confidently, you stride towards your destiny. A magnificent, immortal, brave warrior, an adventurer, and a relentless slayer of forest monsters! The surroundings are eerily still, as if you’ve stepped beyond the bounds of Earth. Suddenly, a crunching sound echoes nearby, followed by the terrifying bellow of an enraged creature. It’s 3 AM, everyone is asleep, and you’re on your way to wash your bed linens…

During the creation of the Destroyers, extensive research was conducted on ancient mythological beings. “The Manticore from ‘Dungeons and Dragons’ primarily inspired me. It has the body of a lion, a human head, dragon wings, and a scorpion tail.”
Aha! Now it makes sense why the Destroyer lacks… or rather does not possess a human head, dragon wings, a scorpion tail, or any features resembling the Manticore. In short, the Destroyers share no similarities with it at all. No worries, more inspiration means fewer copyright infringement claims!
Как же я счастлива то что разоритель не такой как на ранних концептах, а то майнкрафт бы по правде стал хоррором…
