We are excited to introduce a new section where we will discuss the creation of builds using specific blocks, highlighting their features and showcasing interesting works and techniques employed in their construction.
Many builders in Minecraft often start their projects with quartz. This material is practical, versatile, and aesthetically pleasing, making it a great fit for any build.
A bridge serves not only as a means to cross rivers but also as a fantastic addition to your world. Here’s a fountain crafted from quartz. A stylish sauna made of quartz. And this magnificent castle once again proves that quartz is an amazing block, with over 80% of its structure composed of it. Quartz blocks truly shine in large-scale constructions. However, building them requires a significant amount of material. Since quartz blocks are created through a rather complex process, you’ll need to put in some effort. To craft them, you’ll have to venture into the Nether in Minecraft and locate the white, smooth ore known as Nether Quartz (often referred to simply as quartz). It can only be mined with a pickaxe; using any other tool will yield nothing. If venturing into the Nether isn’t part of your plans, you might consider trading with stone mason villagers, who may sell you some blocks. Just remember to bring along some emeralds.
Quartz ore is frequently utilized in the creation of decorative items: carved quartz blocks, two varieties of quartz stairs, quartz pillars, and smooth plain quartz. Why not consider constructing an outdoor pool? Or adorn your garden with elegant statues that resemble marble. You could even create a lovely fountain along with benches for your guests to relax on (though I’m not sure how comfortable it is to sit on quartz in Minecraft Bedrock, I’m certain they will appreciate your hospitality).
In terms of everyday applications, you can design kitchen countertops or bathrooms. And if you’re thinking bigger, structures like those shown in the image below would look stunning against the backdrop of modern homes.
