BuildCon is back!

Are you a Minecraft PE enthusiast looking to elevate your building skills and enhance your expertise? Are you searching for like-minded individuals to collaborate on a new project? Or perhaps you’re just someone who wants to construct an enormous map filled with explosives or a giant statue of yourself for everyone to admire. Whatever your motivation, attending this event is a must—it’s a fantastic opportunity to get answers to all your questions. BuildCon is back!

Not familiar with BuildCon? It’s a unique online convention that brings together international participants. The event takes place on a dedicated server featuring various developers from Minecraft Pocket Edition, whose works have already been showcased on the site. They will share insights into many aspects of building in Minecraft PE. This exciting experience lasts only five days—from June 8th to June 12th—so don’t miss out; it’s completely free! Everyone is welcome, even those who aren’t avid players!

“Originally, this event was conceived as a platform for experienced builders to share their knowledge and demonstrate the limitless possibilities within Minecraft PE!” shares Jordan Laville, director of BuildCon. “Every year, both large and small developer teams showcase their finest creations. Often, smaller teams produce the most captivating projects.”

The inaugural meeting took place in 2014 and has steadily gained popularity, attracting more and more people from diverse backgrounds eager to improve their skills and expand their knowledge. Participants can engage in workshops, competitions, or project demonstrations.

“A standout feature of last year’s gathering was the creative mode demonstration using command blocks and flying flags! It’s a celebration of creative mode where we showcase what can be achieved in the world of Minecraft PE, while allowing attendees to participate in numerous activities.”




One of the most valuable components of BuildCon are the workshops designed to help players refine their construction abilities. Boorizz, Bulix, Plutouthere, and Necrosys will teach you various tricks!

“The workshops aim to educate players on the fundamentals and share different building techniques. The core idea is that you should never feel limited by your imagination.

We also loved the concept of booths. It’s a great way to showcase various items in compact formats for players, builders, development teams, servers, and more.

Moreover, BuildCon offers an excellent chance to connect with others who share similar interests. Except for me, of course. No one wants to approach my statue, probably because it’s surrounded by TNT blocks.
