Thomas shared a screenshot showing him holding a map that displays the terrain within a specific radius. We can now say with complete certainty that starting from version Minecraft PE 0.14, maps will be introduced in the game, allowing players to navigate the world of Minecraft PE more easily.
The maps are still under development; however, progress is being made swiftly and efficiently:
