Winter is genuinely creeping up on us, and here in Stockholm, the chill in the air is quite palpable. You might think that we Swedes have mastered the art of dealing with the cold during this season. However, the truth is, we don’t put in much effort. Fortunately for us, it’s that time of the month when we receive fantastic offers from the Marketplace to warm our hearts.

Oskar, you’re one of those rare individuals who actually went inside and made it back out. What are your thoughts on that?
I’m known among my friends as someone who remains remarkably calm. When it comes to horror games, I’m usually the only one who stays composed. We have a unique approach to such events; we prepare ourselves. We gather in dimly lit rooms and truly immerse ourselves in the atmosphere to experience everything fully. But while going about my daily tasks, I realized that I could still be caught off guard. The House of Screams in Minecraft Pocket Edition made me aware of this; it has its own intense ambiance created through sound and intricate details that together craft very unsettling scenarios. This creepy house is perfect for giving me that unforgettable feeling beneath my skin.

City Stompers

Don’t you just hate it when aliens descend upon Earth, using their bizarre technology to grow you to skyscraper size, and then force you to demolish cities live on air? Yes, while such occurrences seem alarming at first glance, they can also be incredibly fun. Toss cars, smash objects with your hands, or compete with friends to see who can cause the most destruction in Minecraft.
Not convinced that destruction will be universally approved? Perhaps Oskar will change his mind.
As a child, I was passionate about dinosaurs (a rather unique enthusiasm, as I’ve been told). When “Rampage” entered my world—a game featuring giant lizard monsters wreaking havoc on cities—I knew exactly how I’d spend my free time. City Stompers takes me back to those long-lost crazes, where pure, simple destruction was a noble pursuit. Even Rexann’s mom, the boss mother dinosaur you must battle while trying to create chaos for human civilization, makes an appearance. I’d rather not speculate on whom she might be a mother to; I just have my suspicions.

Some parents simply remain oblivious when it comes to gaming and its incredible benefits. “Fun Foods” by Cyclone Designs serves as the perfect antidote to this ignorance, demonstrating that games can be both educational and healthy. The secret lies in vegetables! Dress up as nutritious foods like broccoli, corn, or carrots. I didn’t know anything about veggies until I started dressing up as a carrot.
There isn’t much epicness to recount regarding the ethics of skins. Except there’s a pear with a worm crawling through it (the worm being the arms). There’s also a plush steak where the arms are a fork and knife, along with a screaming broccoli with a fork for a head. I’m a simple person, and such things make me laugh.
