War Plane

The mod «War Plane (Combat Aircraft)» is a fantastic addition for those looking to dominate the skies in Minecraft Pocket Edition. It transforms the chicken into a remarkable aircraft, inspired by the iconic Spitfire, a fighter plane utilized by the British Royal Air Force during World War II. Not only can it soar through the air, but it also has the capability to strike distant targets.

How Does It Work?

Military aircraft can be spawned anywhere in MCPE, as they replace chickens. However, using a chicken spawn egg in Minecraft PE will make the process much easier. The plane serves various purposes, but its primary function remains flight. It accommodates only one player in MCPE.

• iOS / Android: Long press on the plane and tap the Ride button
• Windows 10: Right-click on the vehicle to use it

To start the plane’s engine, simply use fuel tanks (snowballs). Throw them onto the vehicle to activate it.

Access the plane’s inventory (sneak and long press OR right-click) to store fuel tanks or anything else you might need during your journey in Minecraft PE.

To control the aircraft, you need to hold a joystick (carrot on a stick). If you run out of fuel, you will need to throw more fuel tanks into the plane.

The fighter plane is equipped with two machine guns mounted on its wings. Once a hostile mob (like a zombie) is detected within a 48-block radius, the guns will automatically start firing at it.

Key Features:

• Health: 50 hearts
• Fires arrows (attack radius – 48 blocks)
• 5 inventory slots in the plane
• Can be controlled (use a carrot on a stick (joystick) to steer it)
• Throw snowballs (fuel tanks) onto the plane to take off

The aircraft comes in three different colors. At any given time, you can only use one color, as they require a specific texture pack for Minecraft Pocket Edition.

Installing War Plane (.mcpack)

• Download the mod labeled as «.mcpack» below.
• Open the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
• Set the imported resources for the world:
  — Resource Packs.
  — Addons.
• Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
• It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
• Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!

Installing War Plane (.zip)

• Download the mod below.
• Extract the two folders from the archive.
• Move the folder «War Plane Behavior Pack» to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ folder.
• Move the folder «War Plane (Color) Resource Pack» to the /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/ folder.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
• Create a new world or edit an existing one.
• Set the selected world with the resource pack and addon that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
• Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
