Have you ever wished for more animals in Minecraft, such as wild creatures or regular pets? The mod titled New Mobs: New Pets introduces three new mobs: a frog, a fox, and a mouse.
Each of these newly added animals spawns naturally. You can find them in their respective biomes.
Mice: can spawn either in pairs or alone within forest and jungle biomes. They only appear during the daytime.
You can tame a mouse using pumpkin seeds, wheat seeds, melon seeds, beetroot seeds, carrots, and beets. Once tamed, it will become your pet, just like all the other domesticated animals in Minecraft Bedrock.
Frogs: spawn only in specific biomes—namely swamps, jungles, and mushroom islands. They are not affected by the time of day and can breed both during the day and at night.
You can tame frogs using cod and red mushrooms. Once tamed, they will become your pet, just like any other domesticated animal.
Foxes: They do not care about the biome or the time of day when they spawn. Foxes feed on mice, rabbits, and chickens, so be cautious with your domestic birds.
You can tame a fox using any type of meat, whether it’s fish or land animals. Once tamed, it will become your pet, just like all other domesticated creatures.
