The mod «Modern Decorations» is designed for builders in the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition who wish to expand their decorative block options. It introduces a total of 42 new blocks, none of which replace existing ones in MCPE. These blocks are ideal for contemporary builds, featuring items like televisions and ovens.
How does the Modern Decorations mod work?
You can acquire modern decorative blocks by trading with a builder. The builder is a new type of villager that you can find in villages. You need to trade with the builder in Minecraft PE several times to enhance your reputation and eventually gain access to all the various blocks he offers.
You can also obtain blocks using the following text commands:
- /give @p sandstone 1 3+ (do not include the “+” symbol in the command)
- /give @p stone 1 7+
- /give @p fence 1 6-15
The mod features a wide variety of blocks, ranging from modern kitchen appliances and televisions to quirky stone blocks. None of the new blocks for MCPE have any functions other than decoration.
Here’s a list of all the new blocks:
- New variants of andesite, granite, and diorite
- 16 new types of wool (one for each color)
- 10 new fences (matching the colors of the wool)
- A new stone block known as basalt
- Basalt comes in various forms, such as ore, pillars, chiseled, and smooth
- A plethora of new decorative blocks, including televisions, shelves, ovens, and more
