On the official page of one of the developers for Minecraft: Pocket Edition, Jason Major shared a screenshot. He quoted it as follows: “This is how dyed armor will function in MCPE.”
What do cauldrons have to do with this and why do they come in various colors? The answer is quite simple. As previously mentioned in an extensive article about the upcoming Minecraft PE 0.14, dyed leather armor will allow players to wash off the dye, restoring it to its original state. This means you can re-dye the armor any color you wish or even the same color again.
Cauldrons will assist you in removing the dye from your armor. They will be used to wash away the color.
