In the dark sky, a blood-red moon has risen! The wind wails like a lost soul! There’s lightning! Bats! An abundance of pumpkins!
This could signify that it’s time to indulge in the dental industry by consuming an incredible amount of sweets and peanut butter cookies. Or perhaps it’s the moment for vengeful spirits to rise from their graves in the world of Minecraft.
Regardless, starting today, the official partners of the Minecraft PE community on servers Lifeboat, InPvP, and Mineplex will be launching Halloween events featuring appropriately spooky levels in Minecraft. Expect tricks! Treats! Mini-games! Themed cosmetic items! Pets! Pumpkins!
You can read more about this below!
Lifeboat
Keep an eye out for the tiny skeleton as it roams the lobby in Minecraft PE (terribly transformed with glowing green water, infecting players with spiders and pumpkins – the most supernatural of all fruits). Capture the skeleton to acquire a creepy pet in the form of a zombie cave spider rider that will accompany you during Halloween.
Be cautious while hunting for the skeleton in MCPE, as you might become the hunted! Zombies will occasionally break into the lobby searching for tasty players MCPE to snack on! Why not prepare for this by testing your escape skills in the parkour course Haunted House? Or turn tables into your terrifying foes by crafting a scary spider.
INPvP
Something strange has appeared in your neighborhood! Wait, maybe it’s the entire area around the lobby designed to support your tricks and missions in Minecraft. Visit the character Jack-o-lantern near the spawn, don a fitting spooky costume, and stroll through houses to collect plenty of candy… or frightful scares. Bring one of the limited-time pets DLC to set the perfect eerie vibe: flame, baby, monstrous wolf, or mushroom.
Once you’ve finished gathering your loot, check out the map SkyWars for Halloween, where each island resembles a mysterious mansion! Watch your step so you don’t get trapped in the spirit realm forever.
Mineplex
Welcome the Pumpkin King! He offers quests in a fully revamped Halloween lobby! You’ll earn rewards for completing quests every three hours!
Less frequently, flaming pumpkins will randomly appear in Minecraft. Players who smash them will receive even more prizes: high ranks, gems, skeleton keys, and treasures. The treats never end! Limited-time DLC in the form of Trick or Treat boxes can be gifted to friends or opened to reveal various items: food, potions, lobby effects, and costumes.
So, hop onto one of the servers available in the game menu of Minecraft Pocket Edition and enjoy the spine-chilling chaos that will last until October 31st.
It’s going to be a frightfully good time.
