I believe many players are eagerly anticipating the addition of trading with villagers in the mobile version of our beloved game, Minecraft. While you wait, you can install the unique mod called Trading, which introduces the ability to trade with villagers in Minecraft Pocket Edition. This mod allows players to experience a bit of the PC version of the game, enabling you to trade with villagers by purchasing diamond swords for emeralds.
Note: This mod is compatible only with Android and iOS operating systems. It cannot be run on Windows 10.
How to Trade with a Villager?
To trade with a villager in Minecraft Pocket Edition, you will need at least 1 emerald. Next, find a trader in the village and approach them. You need to long-press on the villager and then quickly tap the Trade button. It’s crucial to do this correctly, as the villager might get startled and run away.
Currently, you can only purchase diamond swords at the rate of: 1 emerald = 1 diamond sword. It would certainly be more exciting if there were additional items available for trade, but unfortunately, the mod creator for Minecraft PE has not been able to provide that.
Now, let’s conduct a test purchase and, of course, receive our coveted sword without any issues!
