That’s why we invite you to install the mod “Tameable Rabbits” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, which allows you to tame a rabbit and have it follow you through the vast landscape of MCPE. How does it work?
You can tame a rabbit in Minecraft Pocket Edition using a simple carrot.
How to tame?
- iOS/Android: Hold the carrot in your hand, then long-press on the rabbit and click the Tame button.
- Windows 10: Hold the carrot in your hand and right-click on the rabbit.
You can tame multiple rabbits from the world of Minecraft PE at the same time! Additionally, you can easily name each rabbit using a name tag.
Rabbits are quite fragile, so they need some protection in the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition. Build a pen or something similar for them, but be cautious, as any damage to a rabbit can lead to its instant demise.
Tamed rabbits will always follow their owner in the world of MCPE. Remember, just like with many tamed animals, you can put a leash on the rabbit and easily tie it to a fence or lead it around.
You can also make the rabbit stop following you in the vast world of Minecraft Pocket Edition. Simply long-press on the rabbit and click the Sit button that appears.
Installing Tameable Rabbits (.mcpack)
- Download the mod marked with “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Tameable Rabbits (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the “Tameable Rabbits” folder from the archive.
- Move the “Tameable Rabbits” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world to use the addon you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
