The dubious stew, introduced by the eponymous mod “Suspicious Stew“, is perfect for pranking your friends or playing roulette in Minecraft! Occasionally, this mod can even be beneficial (provided you happen to get one of the advantageous stews). This mod includes all nine types of stew from Java.
Suspicious stew is an item that was introduced in the 1.14 update for the Java edition! It has not yet been incorporated into Minecraft Bedrock, but it will eventually make its way to the pocket edition!
How does it work?
The presented mod incorporates all nine effects that you can obtain from one of the anonymously referred to as “suspicious stews.” The crafting recipes are quite similar to those in Java, with the only difference being that you need to use coal instead of a withered rose to achieve the withering effect in Minecraft.
You can craft the stew on a crafting table or within the player’s inventory. Although the recipe is somewhat vague, it is advisable to follow the recipe outlined below. Here’s an example of a regeneration stew.

- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” from the list below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into Minecraft.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- For your world, enable the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is advisable to restart the game client Minecraft PE after this step.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the add-on!
