Pocket Creatures

Pocket Creatures Mod – this modification was specifically created for the pocket edition of Minecraft by the developer GonzaAll, who previously developed the Mo’ Creatures mod for the PC version of Minecraft. The Pocket Creatures mod serves as a counterpart to Mo’ Creatures, introducing a variety of new animals into the Minecraft universe.

The Pocket Creatures mod is one of the largest and most intricate mods for Minecraft Pocket Edition, adding over 50 species of animals with varying body sizes, ranging from tiny chameleons to massive whales!

Each animal features its own unique body textures and color palette. The creatures closely resemble real-life animals, with the skin color of certain beings playing a significant role in their design.

Some animals can be tamed, while others should be approached with caution to avoid harm, and there are those you can simply enjoy observing!

Currently, version 0.13.1 does not allow players to obtain eggs in creative mode (using Toolbox causes the game to crash). To acquire spawn eggs for animals, you can enter the command /give <id> <amount> in the chat. First, download the command mod – Simple Commands.

• Example: /give 2818 10 – this will give you 10 eggs for spawning camels.

Elephants

If you ever find yourself in a savanna, you will have the chance to encounter elephants. Elephants can be tamed and ridden.

Feed the elephant sugar cubes to tame it. Once you see the heart animation, you can safely use a saddle on the elephant as it is fully tamed. Then, click on the elephant with an empty hand to ride it.

• Elephant saddle (id – 2747) – requires 2 leather + 5 white wool + 2 iron ingots
• Sugar cubes (id – 2748) – requires 1 sugar.

There are two types of elephants. The light gray one is the Asian elephant, while the dark gray one is the African elephant. The Asian elephant can be used as a bulldozer when ridden.

Mammoths are ancient creatures that roamed our planet long ago. However, in Minecraft, they continue to exist and exhibit features similar to elephants. You can also tame these mammoths and ride them.

To attempt to tame a mammoth, click on it with several pieces of sugar. If you succeed, you will see heart particles indicating your success. Once tamed, you can place a saddle on the mammoth to ride it.

Ostriches are flightless birds, yet they can be utilized for swift travel across the MCPE world. These birds run quite fast, so make sure to stay safe.

There are female ostriches (friendly) and male ostriches (hostile). These two genders behave very differently towards you.

To attract an ostrich, hold a carrot in front of it. Once you successfully lure the ostrich, it will start moving closer to you. As it approaches, there’s a chance it may drop an egg. Use these ostrich eggs to breed little ostrich offspring. After raising an ostrich, you can equip it with a regular saddle for riding.

Zebras are quite stunning creatures that roam in groups of 3-4 in the savanna. You can tame a zebra by feeding it wheat (click on the zebra with the wheat). Once the taming process is successful, you’ll see heart particles. After that, you can confidently equip the zebra with a saddle to ride it.

Fish

Fish tanks complement a home beautifully as decor. Currently, you can catch fish in these tanks, transforming a regular tank into an aquarium. In the future, you will be able to have your own aquariums filled with fish.

To convert a regular tank into an aquarium, start by filling the empty tank with water to create a filled tank. Then, click on the fish with the filled tank to capture and place the fish inside your tank. The caught fish can be released elsewhere, such as in an aquarium that will be available in the future.

The creator of the Pocket Creatures mod has confirmed that, unfortunately, aquariums are not functioning at the moment due to issues with BlockLauncher. This will be resolved once the cause is identified and fixed in BlockLauncher.

The great white shark (spawn egg id – 2820) is often referred to as the white death. From its name, you can already envision this marine creature, and I believe no one would want to find themselves near this shark. Before you dive into the water, ensure that you can swim away quickly if you happen to encounter a great white shark — it is extremely dangerous and potentially lethal!

Sharks shed teeth (shark teeth id – 2761). Shark teeth can be utilized to craft a shark sword and other armor.

The hammerhead shark (spawn egg id – 2821) is another shark that should be avoided in open waters. They will attack you and attempt to kill you if given the chance.

Turtles (spawn egg id – 2815) are stunning creatures that can swim in water and walk on land simultaneously. To tame a turtle, simply take some sugar cane and feed it to the turtle, giving you a chance to tame it. Be cautious, as one of the turtles, known as the “Notch turtle,” has the ability to explode if you get too close.

Armadillos (spawn egg id – 2823) are small animals with a leathery armored shell. To attempt to tame an armadillo, feed it regular seeds, which will give you a chance to tame it.

Lions (spawn egg id – 2824) are large cats that appear very cute, especially the cubs, but they are not as foolish as they seem. They can be quite dangerous at times. Try to tame them with beef or pork (using pork increases your chances of taming a lion).

You can use a whip to make the lion follow you or stop following you.

Tigers (spawn egg id – 2825) are the largest members of the cat family, making them the most formidable beasts when given the chance.

Like lions, tigers can be tamed with raw beef or pork chops. You can then use a whip to command it to follow you or to stop following you.

Velociraptors (spawn egg id – 2843) roamed the Earth between 75 and 71 million years ago. They are not exactly “yesterday’s creatures,” as they are extinct, and this mod aims to keep things as realistic as possible, based on modern wildlife. Unfortunately, they do not spawn naturally in the MCPE world since we live in real-time, and it would be absurd to encounter an ancient, extinct species of bipedal dinosaurs from the dromaeosaurid family among all the existing animals. They can only be spawned using a spawn egg.

Chameleons (spawn egg id – 2806) are fascinating creatures that change the color of their bodies depending on their surroundings.

Whales (spawn egg id – 2832) are the largest “animals” in this mod. Whales have a significant amount of health, but if you manage to kill one, it will drop a lot of fish and other items.

In the Minecraft PE world, there will be several different types of snakes (spawn egg id – 2847). Some species are venomous, so be cautious.

Stingrays (spawn egg id – 2834) are poisonous marine creatures. They do not like humans, especially if they get too close. When you approach a stingray too closely, it will release poisonous stingers (poisonous sting id – 2760). These stingers can be used to inflict poison damage on your enemies.

Pufferfish (spawn egg id – 2842) are poisonous fish that will attack you only in self-defense.

Jellyfish (spawn egg id – 2814) have existed for about 500 million years, making them very ancient creatures that have survived to this day.

Giraffes (spawn egg id – 2835) are unique animals that are always noticeable due to their long necks and distinctive body markings.

Goats (spawn egg id – 2802) love to eat. They consume fallen items, grass, bushes, and flowers.

Gorillas (spawn egg id – 2836) typically inhabit jungle biomes. Gorillas come in various sizes and are divided into male and female.

Chimpanzees (spawn egg id – 2852) are small monkeys that may sometimes approach you and offer a melon. To accept a gift from a chimpanzee, click on it with empty hands.

Camels (spawn egg id – 2818) are non-hostile animals. Typically, camels live in deserts, traveling from one water source to another.

Black bears (spawn egg id – 2829) are large furry animals that should be left alone if you don’t want trouble.

Moles (spawn egg id – 2816) can be tamed with sugar cane.

Penguins (spawn egg id – 2844) can be found in snowy landscapes. Penguins love to swim.

Snow seals (spawn egg id – 2840) are usually found in snowy biomes with water, as they love water.

Common seals (spawn egg id – 2839) can be found in warmer biomes. Common seals can be seen both on land and in water.

Deer (spawn egg id – 2812) are naturally afraid of humans. They will flee as soon as they see you. This presents a great opportunity for a hunting season in Minecraft PE.

Squirrels (spawn egg id – 2837) are small and very quick animals that will run away at the first opportunity.

California ground cuckoos (spawn egg id – 2846) are quite fast birds that prefer not to be spotted. As soon as you try to approach them, they will fly away.

Lizards (spawn egg id – 2838) are small reptiles that are afraid of humans.

Bison (spawn egg id – 2838) inhabit plains biomes as they love grass. Bison have large bodies covered in warm fur.

Alpacas (spawn egg id – 2801) resemble llamas. They are primarily bred for their wool. In the future, we may be able to shear them for their fleece…

Rats (spawn egg id – 2841) can be both loved and hated. Some keep rats as pets (which is currently not possible in the mod), while others scream when they encounter a rat face to face. In the pocket version of the mod, these rats are the same size as real-life sewer rats.

Fishing Net

A fishing net can be utilized to catch small aquatic creatures. These marine animals include squids, jellyfish, piranhas, seahorses, and various fish.

How to equip armor on a horse?

To put armor on your horse, first equip it with a regular saddle by clicking on the horse with the saddle. Then, take the armor in your hand and click on the horse with the armor to put it on!
