The mod “Peafowl (Peacocks)” introduces two types of peacocks and one type of peahen into Minecraft. These stunning birds will make a wonderful addition to your worlds. Their eggs also feature a unique animation with streaks, which is quite fascinating. These small creatures are very friendly, but be cautious—if you attack a peacock, it will likely defend itself in Minecraft Bedrock.
How does it work?
Birds primarily spawn in forest and plains biomes. There are both juvenile and adult birds, currently featuring two different peacocks and one type of peahen. A peacock will retaliate if you strike it first.
If you come across an egg, be sure to check out the amazing streak animation in Minecraft Bedrock. Initially, the egg’s texture will be completely white, then it will crack and start to shake. A few minutes later, chicks will emerge.
Feeding a chick seeds will transform it into an adult of either gender.
