Players who pay close attention in Minecraft PE may have noticed that a random message frequently appears on the game’s main menu. Initially, there are 310 such messages available in the game, but we invite you to download and install the mod called More Splash Texts for Minecraft Pocket Edition, which will add an additional 100 messages to your favorite game! After logging into МКПЕ, you’ll see that the old messages appear in yellow while the new ones show up in turquoise.
This is a fairly simple add-on for MCPE, yet it can be quite beneficial as the fresh jokes displayed in the corner of the screen might just brighten your day.
Examples
Installing More Splash Texts (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled — “.mcpack” below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into MCPE.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It’s recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the add-on!
Installing More Splash Texts (.zip)
- Download this mod below.
- Extract the folder “More Splash Texts” from the archive.
- Move the folder “More Splash Texts” to the directory /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Apply the add-on you moved earlier to the behavior_packs folder to the selected world.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy playing!
