The mod “Lions (Львы)” introduces a magnificent creature known to all – the Lion – into Minecraft Bedrock. This mod is compatible exclusively with version 1.8, as it adds a new entity rather than replacing an existing one. Typically, lions will be hostile towards players in Minecraft, especially adult ones. However, by feeding them raw meat, you can tame them and turn them into loyal companions.
How does it work?
You can encounter lions in any biome, and they can also be bred in Minecraft Bedrock using a spawn egg in Creative mode. They are naturally aggressive, so exercise caution when near them. You may attempt to feed them some meat to tame them, but it might take several tries.
A tamed lion will follow its owner and protect them from all monsters.
- iOS / Android: Hold raw meat in your hand and long-press on the lion, then tap the interactive button to try taming it.
- Windows 10: Right-click on the lion while holding some raw meat to attempt to tame it.
