Introducing the fantastic mod “Hot Rod” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, which brings these iconic vehicles into your favorite game. This large automobile features a prominent engine at the front and is vibrantly painted in fiery colors! It accommodates only one driver but offers a spacious trunk.
How to Drive the Car?
You can find this amazing vehicle throughout the Minecraft Pocket Edition world or obtain it using a spawn egg from creative mode.
- IOS/Android: long-press on the car, then tap the appearing Drive button to enter the vehicle
- Windows 10: right-click to get inside the car
While it may not be the fastest car available after installing mods for MCPE, its appearance certainly makes it worthy of your attention!
To operate this American vehicle, you’ll need a key, which replaces the carrot on a stick. Due to the large engine in front of you, visibility might be limited, but we hope you won’t mind adjusting the settings to enable third-person view.
Want to access the trunk? No problem! Sneak up, long-press on the car, and then click the Open button that appears. Alternatively, while sitting in the car, try opening your inventory, and you’ll see the contents of the trunk. The trunk has a capacity of 27 slots.
The design of this car will impress anyone! It’s also worth noting that as you drive through the MCPE world, the wheels of the car will rotate, visible from the outside.
Installing Hot Rod (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/resource pack into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Addons. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It’s recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Hot Rod (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract two folders from the archive.
- Move the folder “Hot Rod Behaviors Pack” to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Move the folder “Hot Rod Resources Pack” to the /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Assign the selected world with the resource pack and addon that you moved earlier to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy playing!
