Mod “Cap’s Shield (Captain’s Shield)” transforms the standard shields into the iconic shield of Captain America! With the release of update 1.10 and the introduction of shields, we thought it would be a great idea to incorporate Captain America’s shield into Minecraft .
This mod includes the following features:
Captain America’s Shield
Specifications:
- Alters the appearance of the vanilla shield to resemble Captain America’s shield from the Marvel Universe.
- Can be held in either hand
- Reduces and absorbs damage like a regular shield.
- Looks both attractive and intimidating when equipped.
- Cannot be thrown
Installing Cap’s Shield (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled “.mcpack” below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into Minecraft.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Enable the imported:
— Add-on Packs for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft and enjoy the add-on!
Installing Cap’s Shield (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the folder “CapsShield_v1.0” from the archive.
- Move the “CapsShield_v1.0” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Apply the add-on that you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder for the selected world.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your gameplay!
