Secret Observers Map

Secret Observers is an informational map that allows you to learn more about observers and pistons introduced in Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.15.0. Although this map is relatively small, it is quite useful for those who wish to explore the functionalities of observer and piston blocks in detail. Make sure you are playing on a version of the map with at least Minecraft PE 0.15.0 or higher.

The observer block primarily detects any changes occurring in front of it. Once it registers a change, it emits a redstone signal. As shown in the screenshot below, when a wood block appears before the observer, it activates, causing the lamp behind it to light up as well. The lamp turns on just a few seconds after the observer detects a block.

The observer block offers numerous possibilities—limited only by your creativity and building skills. For instance, you can create stone generators and hidden doorways.

How to Install the Secret Observers Map:

• Download the map.
• Extract the map from the archive.
• Move the map to the following path: “/games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds”.
• Open Minecraft PE → Play → Select the installed map.
• Enjoy your game!
