The developers have released a new beta version Minecraft 1.19.0.30, which includes numerous updates for the spectator mode. The gameplay features a variety of adjustments, along with several changes related to Java version compatibility.
Spectator Mode
The newly introduced mode has implemented certain restrictions in Minecraft. Here’s what is now prohibited:
- Attacking others
- Placing blocks
- Using items
- Interacting with inventory
- Inputting data
- Opening chests
However, there are some positive changes:
- A new type of data input has been introduced
- Fixed the issue of slow flight
- Players can now pass through walls
- Resolved crashes caused by double jumping
Minecraft Bedrock Edition and Java have become a bit more aligned. The developers have introduced several updates:
- The growth rate of mangrove trees has been adjusted
- Wood appears differently on maps
- The frog spawner is no longer dependent on random ticks
Gameplay Changes in MCBE
The gameplay in Minecraft version 1.19.0.30 has also seen improvements. The list of changes is quite extensive:
- Notifications for losing connection with the gamepad are now displayed in the main menu
- The strider will not stop when picking up an item if it is on a lead
- Water can now cover a sculk shrieker
- Torches cannot be attached to bells
- New achievements have been introduced
- Mangrove roots are no longer usable as furnace fuel
- Minecarts with blocks drop as a single item
Warden:
- Darkness is generated every 6 seconds
- Now only attacks monsters if the player is not detected
- Can sense vibrations from a sculk shrieker
- After sniffing, it will start to investigate mobs
- The heartbeat sound is entirely dependent on the monster’s anger level
- The sound wave has received an update for its textures
Acoustic sensor:
- When a projectile hits a wool block or carpet, no vibration will occur
- Fixed the vibration issue when looking at a tamed mob
- Movement while swimming in a boat is detected
- Can detect splashes from bubble columns
- Can be covered by water
- The underside of the block can support another block
- Resolved detection issues when the player is on a different acoustic block
Bug Fixes
Upon downloading the beta version of Minecraft 1.19.0.30, you will experience a more refined gameplay. Here are the fixes made this week:
- Frequent flooding of ancient cities
- Creation of colored lines from the darkness effect
- Sudden disappearance caused by this effect
- Stopping the warden’s appearance when a shrieker is destroyed
- Void areas in the biome of dark depths
- A trap in ancient cities
- Detection of certain items using an acoustic sensor
- Reactivation of a block
- Creating vibrations while sneaking with a shield
- Ignoring interactions with specific blocks
- Bees that did not pollinate the mangrove sapling
- Creation of mangrove blocks
- Destruction of gravity blocks upon falling onto mud
- Experience points gained from frogs
- Choosing experience orbs as a target for the warden’s attack
- Monster spawning in the Nether Minecraft
- Displaying leads
- Mobs getting stuck on trapdoors
- Crashing when using armor with the “Thorns” enchantment
- Critical error when playing in split-screen mode
