The developer of the widely recognized BlockLauncher add-on for Minecraft Pocket Edition, Zhuowei Zhang, has announced that a new beta version of the BlockLauncher program will soon be released with support for texture packs. However, support for ModPE scripts will only be introduced after the official and complete launch of Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0.
