Food! To be honest, it’s one of those things that occupies my mind constantly. Okay, I admit it, there’s also Minecraft, which is filled with fantastic recipes and delicious treats. Why not combine these two wonderful elements and invite your friends to join you for a multiplayer game while hosting an in-game dinner?
If you’ve never attended a dinner party before, it’s a great way to catch up with friends and enjoy some free food. Hosting can be a bit more challenging, so I’ve compiled a list of excellent recipes, decorations, conversation topics, and much more to help you throw the best party in Minecraft Bedrock!
Food
Don’t forget to serve food at your dinner party. Trust me, you don’t want to repeat my mistakes.
[1/6] – In the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition, you’ll discover a plethora of meat dishes (don’t worry, vegetarians, we’ve got options for you too). Cooked chicken or lamb simply require their raw counterparts to be placed in a furnace with your chosen fuel. Enjoy your meal.
[2/6] – Want to host an elegant evening? I love your choice! For this occasion, I suggest preparing baked salmon. First, grab a fishing rod and head out to catch the right amount of fish, then just pop it into the furnace with any fuel for a delightful dish. Wait a little, and voilà, your culinary masterpiece is ready to be served! Besides meat, Minecraft offers a variety of seafood as well.
[3/6] – To impress your most charming and anticipated guest, you need to serve special dishes. We have something unique for such occasions. The fruit that keeps doctors away and makes all thieves tremble and ponder how to acquire it – the Golden Apple. This treat doesn’t come cheap. To create it, place nine gold ingots and one regular apple in the crafting slot, and from that, you’ll get just one fruit! So before doing this, make sure you’re quite wealthy, and equally important, that you truly care about your guests.
[4/6] – Cake! A dessert that’s somehow more enjoyable than winning the lottery. To make it, you’ll need three wheat, one egg, two sugars, and three milks. All these ingredients are easy to find, plus you’ll end up with an amazing cake! I think it’s one of humanity’s greatest inventions since the days when everyone was eating plain bread. Honestly, bread is rather bland; serve cake instead!
[5/6] – Are you or your guests vegetarians? No problem, I recommend making baked potatoes. The recipe is simple: put the potato in the furnace with any fuel. But to add variety to your table and keep the party interesting, consider baking a pumpkin pie. Gather pumpkin, sugar, and an egg, and as usual, place them in the furnace. Done! Just please avoid serving poisonous potatoes, and everything will go splendidly. As for me, I seem to have mixed something up…
[6/6] – You’ve invited your friends over for dinner. But something went awry, and they lingered until 3 AM, showing no signs of leaving? We’ve got recipes for every situation. You just need to find a zombie, defeat it, and take its rotten flesh. By the way, it’s better served cold. And honestly, you don’t even need to bother cooking it. Picture? Yes, I’d rather not include images of zombie cuisine here, so here’s a lovely cake instead. Someone once said, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” I doubt they’d dare to gain energy from that zombie.
Dress Code

Be generous and let your guests know they can wear whatever makes them happy, as comfort is key to enjoying the evening. For instance, I also have a favorite outfit: the Enderman hoodie by vampbites. It looks pretty standard from the front but is incredibly comfortable, while the back showcases the Enderman design. Simply splendid!
Conversation
Never stay silent! Awkward pauses can ruin the entire party. Here are a few examples to help kick off a conversation:
“What’s the most ridiculous thing you’ve tried to build in Minecraft Bedrock?”
“Can you believe people say I don’t respond to their calls and messages because my mansion, garden, and even butler are made of diamond blocks?”
“Did you know that guests are actually expected to clean up and wash their own dishes? This is a true story!”
“Today we have gathered around this wonderful table to share a terrifying secret. One of us here is a wanted criminal!” (This is one of the coolest topics. Trust me, your party will come alive like never before!)

You can invest all your resources and effort into preparing the most delicious lobster adorned with diamonds, but what’s the point if your guests are seated in a pit overrun with vines? To ensure your gathering is a success, make sure you have set up a dining table along with at least four chairs. However, this task isn’t as straightforward as it seems. Let’s start with the arrangement:
[1/2] – The most common method for creating a chair that we typically see in communities involves using a pita as the seat and a door as the backrest. Just remember what the backrest is made of when leaning against it!
[2/2] – This option is much simpler. You can use any stair blocks, but I think purple looks better than the rest. Thanks, but standing is way more comfortable for me…
Now that we’ve tackled the chairs, let’s move on to the dining table:
[1/2] – Stair blocks can serve not only as chairs but also as tables. Place two rows of stairs facing each other, then lay slabs between them.
