Envision a villager’s designated workstation and sleeping area, then delve into the reasons it may struggle to claim a target block without altering its AI.
Village Lens Overview
Village Lens effectively reveals the workstation and bed associated with a villager, providing insights into why it might be unable to secure a chosen block. By selecting a specific villager, you can view its associated workstation and bed, complete with details such as their locations, distances, statuses, and brief diagnostic explanations. You also have the option to examine a workstation or bed to determine if the villager can utilize it.

Read-Only Functionality
Village Lens is a non-intrusive tool that does not alter villager memories, professions, points of interest, pathways, or AI states. It refrains from force-loading chunks, teleporting villagers, or mandating links between villagers and blocks. Pathfinding analyses are conducted solely upon request for diagnostics.
Installation Requirements
To use Village Lens, it must be installed on both the client and server. If you are using Fabric, ensure that you also have the Fabric API. Make sure to download the file that corresponds with your version of Minecraft and the specific mod loader you are utilizing.
