What is Throw It!

Features of Throw It!
- 🧨 TNT & Explosive Blocks — Detonate upon impact, delivering a blast just like the original explosive.
- 🥚 Spawn Eggs — Instantly hatch mobs upon landing, mimicking the effects of using them directly.
- 🪣 Water, Lava, and Powder Snow Buckets — Spill their contents wherever they land, providing you a free bucket to reuse.
- ⚔️ Weapons & Tools — Inflict damage based on their actual attack power when hitting a target, then fall to the ground for retrieval, similar to a shot arrow.
- ⛏️ Netherite Tools — Throw a Netherite pickaxe, axe, or shovel against surfaces to efficiently mine a full 3×3 area immediately (only for collectible blocks), then pick it back up.
- 📦 Other Items — Land gently on the ground as regular items waiting to be collected. Every interaction is verified by the server, ensuring fair play in multiplayer settings.
How to Use the Throw It! Mod
To throw an item, simply hold it in your hand and press the R key. If preferred, this key can be customized by navigating to Options → Controls → Throw It.

Limitations of the Mod
Currently, buckets containing mobs (like axolotls, fish, or tadpoles) behave as standard thrown items and won’t release their contained mob yet. This enhancement is slated for a subsequent update.
