Do you need to set up any hints on maps in Minecraft PE? Now you can present any text in a completely new way by using the mod called Text Squids for Minecraft Pocket Edition. This allows you to create floating text in the air for hints, and you’ll need a name tag, a squid, and an anvil for this. The squid is essential as it will be named with the text that will hover in the air.
How does it work?
First, use the anvil and name tag from the Minecraft Pocket Edition world. Write on the name tag what you want to see floating in the air later.
Place the squid underneath where you want your text to appear. You can do this using a spawn egg from creative mode in Minecraft Pocket Edition. Then, use your name tag on the squid.
The advantage of the squid is that it remains stationary on land and makes no sounds.
Feel free to write anything you like.
You can hide all the squids behind a wall, allowing the text to be visible while keeping the squids out of sight.
