Everyone knows that dinosaurs have been extinct for ages, right? Not in your favorite game, Minecraft PE! With the installation of the mod “T-Rex” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, dinosaurs will make a comeback in our world! This mod replaces the useless creepers in the game with new, dangerous creatures – tyrannosaurs. You can tame your very own T-Rex and even ride it as you explore the world of MCPE! Additionally, you can store your items in your pet’s inventory, which is quite convenient!
Taming and Growth Stages
To tame your own T-Rex, you first need to find a young one! Since the new mob replaces creepers, tyrannosaurs will be found throughout the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition! If you come across a young T-Rex with its larger parent, be prepared to defeat the adult guardian first!
How to tame:
- iOS / Android: hold a piece of meat in your hand, then long-press on the dinosaur, and afterward, click the Tame button.
- Windows 10: hold a piece of meat in your hand, then right-click to apply it.
How do you grow your tamed dinosaur? You have two options: either wait for 30 minutes, or feed your pet in the world of MCPE a lot of meat to speed up its growth!
